A Student must be in school five minutes before the first assembly bell.The school gate will be closed as soon as the assembly begins and students who come late will not be allowed to attend the class for the day.
A student is not allowed to go out of the school premises during school hours without a prior written request from the parents/guardian stating the reason. Reasons such as attending parties, birthday, marriages etc. are not considered sufficient for taking leave. No student will leave the school during working hours or lunchbreak without a gate pass or the principal's permission.
To be admitted into the class room those who have been absent and/or late must show the teacher in-charge the school diary duly countersigned by the co-ordinator or the Principal only.
Parents/Guardians are not allowed to see their children during school hours. In case of emergency, they should meet the co-ordinator or the Principal only.
No books, periodicals, newspaper or leaflets of an objectionable nature should be brought into the school premises.
Students using motorized vehicles must produce their license for the same and should use proper headgear.
Cell phones and calculators are strictly prohibited in school.
A student who is sick, should not be sent to school.
A medical certificate must be produced for absence due to contagious or infectious illnesses as well as more than two days.
Every student must be present on the closing and reopening day of the school before/after Summer, Puja, Christmas vacations and on the first day of new academic session. Absence on either of the above mentioned days without prior written information and sanction will result in the loss of seat. Barring this, continuous absence for more than two days without prior information and sanction will be considered equivalent to withdrawal of the Students from the school and his/her name will be struck off the roll, if admitted, re-admission fee will have to be paid. Children will not be allowed out of school during class for medical checkups.
