Application for PLUS TWO ADMISSION

INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS OF STD. X SEEKING ADMISSION IN STD XI (2024-25)

1. The application must be submitted online only. All supporting documents must be uploaded as required in jpg format.
2. The cost of application is INR 400/- (Payment will be accepted only online after final submission of Form)
3. Course combinations available:

   Option I Science	Option II Science	Option III Commerce
   Core subjects (COMPULSORY FOR ALL OPTIONS): English
   Physics Chemistry Maths	Physics Chemistry Biology	Accountancy Economics Business Studies
   Choose any one from 3 subjects below for above options
   Hindi Computer Science Physical Education	Applied Maths Maths Hindi Computer Science Physical Education	Applied Maths Hindi Computer Science Physical Education
   Students who have studied Computer Science in Std.IX & X and have an aggregate of 61% can opt. for this subject in Std.XI. If a minimum of 20 students for any of the above optional subjects is not available that subject will be withdrawn.

4. Five subjects are compulsory. Subjects once taken will not be changed.
5. Requirements/Eligibility
• Regular students who are writing the Std-X Board Examination in 2024.
• For option - I,II & III minimum 61% of marks in aggregate is required in the following subject:-
  • English
  • Maths
  • Science
• Those Students who opted for Basic Mathematics in Class X CBSE Board Examination will be eligible for Applied Maths only at Plus Two Level.
• PRIVATE CANDIDATES need not apply.
• Admissions (probationary) will be purely on the basis of merit.
6. HOW TO APPLY:-
• Mention the combination you choose and specify the Option clearly.
• Following documents are to be uploaded during online form submission:-
• A recent passport size photograph.
• Photocopy of the report card of class IX.
7. Forms should be Correctly filled in with the name and date of birth as will appear in the board certificate, otherwise the form will be cancelled.
8. SUBMISSION OF FORM:-
   After payment download the form and submit the hard copy of it to the School Office with the following documents duly attested by the Current School Prinicpal are:
   • A recent passport size photograph.
   • Photocopy of Half Yearly class X report card.
   • Photocopy of the report card of class IX.
   • Aadhar Card of Father, Mother & Child.
   • Certificate in case you belong to SC/ST/OBC Category.

9. ADMISSION RESULTS:
   TO BE ANNOUNCED ON THE LAST DAY OF CBSE STD.X EXAMINATION.
10. AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION:-
LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED-
• Admit card of Secondary Board Examination. (Class X )
• Marksheet & Migration of Secondary Board Examination. (Class X )
• Transfer Certificate of Previous School Attended.
11. For Computer Science there will be a non-refundable fee of Rs. 4500/- (for two years). This fee should be paid at the time of admission.
    • Admission charges and one month fee is to be paid, through EDC machine with your Credit/Debit cards at school’s fee counter only, at the time of admission.
    • No part of the fee will be refunded once the fee has been deposited.
    • FAILURE TO PAY THE FEE ON THE SPECIFIED DATE WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION OF NAME FROM THE ADMISSION LIST.
    • IF ANY STUDENT FAILS IN THE FINAL BOARD EXAM, HIS/HER ADMISSION WILL AUTOMATICALLY STAND CANCELLED.

AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE ANY DATA ENTERED IN THE FORM WILL NOT BE CHANGED.
