INFORMATION REGARDING ADMISSION FORM FOR NURSERY

1. PROCESS
   
   1. Please fill up the application form with all required information correctly and upload the same.
   2. After uploading take a printout of the above and submit it along with all required documents in the school office on 27th November & 28th November, 2025 from 8:00 A.M TO 10:00 A.M.
2. COST OF Application INR 400/- (Payment will be accepted only online after final submission of Form) Last date of online submission: 15.11.2024 till midnight.
3. Child’s Name written in Application Form should be as per Birth certificate. Nick/ Short names of the child will not be encouraged. Abbreviations should be avoided.
4. AGE REQUIREMENT - Should have completed 3 years and should not exceed 4 years as on 31st MARCH, 2026. Must be Born Between - 01.04.2022 to 31.03.2023
5. THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AS PROOF OF DATE OF BIRTH
   Upload any one of the following Birth Certificate from the :
   
   1. Municipality / Corporation
   2. Office of Births and Deaths
   3. Notified Area Committee
   4. Baptismal certificate (in the case of a Catholic/Christian)

   Note :
   i)THE APPLICATION FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE. PLEASE DON’T SUBMIT THE RECEIPT OF APPLICATION FOR BIRTH CERTIFICATE IN LIEU OF THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
   ii) DATE OF BIRTH AND NAME OF THE CHILD ONCE ENTERED IN THE FORM WILL NOT BE CHANGED.
   iii) HOROSCOPES, AFFIDAVITS OR HANDWRITTEN / TYPED / ATTESTED CERTIFICATES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

6. THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AS PROOF OF RESIDENCE
   Upload any one of the following Documents :
   
   1. Passport
   2. AADHAR Card
   3. Driving License
   4. GAS Connection
   5. Electric/Telephone Bill
7. ID Proof of the Parents - Aadhar card of both the parents are compulsory.
8. Blood group to be specified in the given column and also submit the certificate.
9. Caste - If SC/ST or OBC -Please provide caste certificate of Mother OR Father OR Child
10. Aadhar/UID Number of the child is Not mandatory at this stage. However in case your child gets admission into our school, then the admission will be regularized only after the Aadhar number is submitted.
11. APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES

    6	General	Not Applicable

12. NO DONATIONS/PRESSURES:
    

    Letters of Recommendation or pressure from any source will not be considered. Such candidates will be Disqualified. This school does not accept donations in cash or kind for admission, directly or indirectly. Please do not meet the Principal regarding admission.

13. CAUTION : There are persons who accept money with assurance of securing a seat for your child. The Management has nothing to do with these persons. Do not be duped. RECOMMENDATION OF ANY KIND WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
14. It is obvious that we cannot accommodate all the children that apply for admission.Therefore do not bank on this school only.
15. Admission will be done by random selection ( by lottery ). NUMBER OF SEATS - 100 INCLUDING OF 25% FOR B.P.L
16. FORM FOR BPL CANDIDATES WILL BE COLLECT FROM DSE OFFICE,JAMSHEDPUR (NEAR BLOOD BANK).
17. AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE ANY DATA ENTERED IN THE FORM WILL NOT BE CHANGED.
18. REJECTION AFTER ADMISSION :
    

    ANY DISCREPANCY DISCOVERED IN THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE or in the ABOVE PROCEDURE will lead to AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION of the seat and there will be no refund of fees.
